Fire and Rescue NSW (FRNSW) have recently confirmed that applications relating to Performance Solution / Fire Engineering Reports can be made referencing #NCC2022. To ensure acceptance by FRNSW, teams will need to ensure that (in additional to the usual documents), applications include: ❶ Advice from the Principal Certifier that the application for the CC/CDC is expected to be received after 1 May 2023; and ❷ A high level programme with indicative project timelines that align with a post 1 May 2023 CC/CDC application.
